How billing works
Licensed per seat × year: one seat = one login account, bound to several devices, usable throughout the license period. Enterprise and Education add private-deployment and bulk-licensing terms on top of the seat model; exact pricing and seat counts are confirmed with our sales team.

On trials, seats and devices, how private deployment is delivered, education licensing and invoicing.
Can I try before committing?
Yes. The trial plan is free — register, pass admin review, and you can run the full toolset and workflows in the browser, capped by daily / monthly token and spend guardrails. Run one real workflow end to end before deciding on the desktop app.
How many devices per seat?
One seat is one account. Up to 3 devices can be online at the same time; when exceeded, the least recently used device is signed out automatically — the account itself is unaffected, so switching machines just needs re-activation.
What exactly is delivered for private deployment?
A packaged runtime, not source code. The service runs on your own machine or intranet server, so styles, tech packs and cost data never leave your premises; models can go through a cloud API or run locally via Ollama, and sensitive styles can stay fully offline.
Can a seat be reassigned when staff change?
Yes. A seat is bound to an account, not a person — an admin reclaims the old account and reassigns the seat to a new colleague, with no extra purchase.
What does the education plan require?
Class or lab licensing for schools and training institutions, usually applied for by the department or training centre and issued in class-sized batches, with teaching workflow templates and course material included. Documents and exact terms are confirmed with sales.
How do contracts and invoices work?
Purchase contracts are supported. The contracting entity, invoice type, tax rate and payment milestones are confirmed with the quote, which states seat count, licence term and deployment form.
Why not show prices on the page?
Because the variables are seat count, deployment form (cloud / desktop / private) and whether custom integration is needed — the combinations differ so widely that a single list price would mislead. Clarify those three and the quote is deterministic.
