Stitching every seam of the industry, with racing-grade precision
Gtstitch® = GT + Stitch. That is our name — and it is exactly what we do.
Why Gtstitch
Garment making is one of humanity’s oldest manufacturing trades. For thousands of years, the act of turning fabric into clothes has not changed — stitching.
But the industry chain keeps growing longer. From fiber, yarn, weaving and dyeing to a garment’s design, pattern, grading, process, costing, inspection and shipping, a piece of fabric crosses a dozen stages, seven or eight systems, and endless emails and spreadsheets. Every stage is professional, but no stage sees the whole picture. A development team spends 80% of its time not creating, but connecting scattered threads.
Turn: Gtstitch believes the answer is not to build yet another giant system to replace them — that is what PLM has tried, and been trapped by, for twenty years. The answer is a layer on top of them: an intelligent orchestration layer that speaks the industry’s language, calls professional tools, and stitches knowledge to action. So we shaped a roster of digital employees — pattern makers, designers, IE engineers, fabric developers, merchandise planners, footwear masters, home-textile consultants… They are not generic assistants playing roles; they really think from their post’s perspective, and know where their permission boundary lies.
The GT in our name is our promise of “high performance”: precise, reliable, verifiable, and able to stand in the workshop. The stitch in our name is our respect for this craft, and our entire methodology — replace no stage; just stitch the broken seams, one stitch at a time.
With racing-grade precision, stitching every seam of the textile & apparel industry. This is Gtstitch.
What we stitch
A garment is never made by one person or one system. Fabric suppliers, designers, pattern makers, process engineers, IE, inspectors and merchandisers — each stage holds one end of a thread. The industry’s real problem is not that nobody can do it, but that these threads have never been stitched together.
| The seam | The stitch | Product fact |
|---|---|---|
| System & system | A layer above PLM / ERP / 3D design software | Intelligent orchestration — connect to PLM, not replace it |
| Stage & stage | Textile → apparel → adjacent consumer goods | Whole-industry, whole-category: fabric, garments, footwear / bags / home textiles / trims |
| Knowledge & action | “Knowing” and “doing” | Sourced knowledge base (RAG) + the full tool universe, called in one conversation |
| Role & role | The professional perspectives of every post | Digital employees dispatched on demand, working in relay |
| Intent & delivery | “Design intent” and “production-ready” | Flagship workflow tech-pack-export: design artwork → production-ready tech pack |
A single stitch is tiny, yet countless stitches make a garment. Every tool and every digital employee is one stitch; Gtstitch is the one running them into a single line.
What we believe
Mission
Stitch every seam of the textile & apparel industry, so a development team can go from design intent to production-ready in one conversation.
Vision
Become the industry’s default intelligent orchestration layer — replacing no existing system, but making all existing systems truly connected for the first time.
Precision over flash
GT’s duty. Better one fewer showy feature than one wrong costing number; better to admit “still needs a physical sample” than to let AI pretend it simulated everything.
Stitch, don’t replace
Connect to PLM, not replace it; augment posts, not replace people. Our value comes from connecting, not from swapping anyone out.
Traceable over clever
Every output traces to the standard and data source it cites; every digital employee has explicit permission boundaries. Auditable, therefore trustworthy.
Name, mark and mascot
GT — Gran Turismo: high performance in the racing-engineering sense — precise, reliable, verifiable, controllable at the limit. Stitch — the needle and thread, the most primal act of this industry: joining two separate pieces of fabric into one garment with a single thread.
Gtstitch® is a registered trademark; its registered mark is the Gtstitch wordmark. The dolphin is our mascot — not a trademark — carrying the brand’s warmth: wisdom, agility, sonar-like precision and pod collaboration.

Frequently asked questions
Industry depth, system requirements, data security and offline use.
What is Gtstitch, and how is it different from a general AI assistant?
It is an AI Agent workbench for the textile & apparel industry. Its biggest difference from general assistants is “industry depth”: dozens of built-in domain tools (flat pattern, grading, cost estimation, tech-pack export, AQL inspection, fabric spec, merch planning, 3D digital, IE industrial engineering, carbon footprint, and more) and thousands of sourced industry references. It is not another PLM, but an intelligent orchestration layer sitting above PLM / ERP / 3D software.
Which operating systems are supported? What’s the difference between desktop and web?
The desktop app is built on Electron; desktop and web share the same AI workbench UI and capabilities. The desktop app ships its own runtime (Node + pnpm), ready out of the box and startable offline; the web is hosted by a local service, handy for quick browser use and easy to deploy on an intranet for shared access.
Is my style and production data safe?
Private deployment is fully supported. You can run the service on your own machine or intranet server — data never leaves the premises. On the model side, both cloud APIs and local models via Ollama are supported, so sensitive styles can stay entirely local.
Can I plug in tools I wrote myself or existing systems?
Yes. Every capability is an independent plugin registered via a standard interface, and you can also keep using plugins from the upstream DSH ecosystem. We also provide MCP-protocol access to hang external systems in.
Do I need to be online to use it?
If you choose a local model (e.g. Ollama), the whole workflow can run offline; knowledge base, pattern, grading and cost estimation all compute locally. You only touch the corresponding API when you choose a cloud model.
Does this site track my browsing?
Only self-hosted counting, and only event names (hero CTA click, demo submit, pricing contact, ticket submitted). The site loads no third-party analytics at all — no GA, no Baidu Tongji — because that directly contradicts our “data never leaves your premises” positioning. We do not read cookies, referrers or browser identifiers, and we never collect what you type into any field. With “Do Not Track” enabled in your browser, none of these requests are sent.
